Motion Design Intern
Our Opportunity:
Chewy.com is seeking a talented, creative Motion Design Intern for our in-house video production studio. You will support our team of creatives and animators and have the opportunity to design and animate graphic elements across a variety of content. You have an adventurous spirit and a can-do attitude. You’re eager to learn everything you can about motion design.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and experience working with After Effects. Must be a superb collaborator with the ability to take direction and ask for guidance when needed.
What you'll do:
- Concept and propose visual boards for our video content (including our TV commercials)
- Build styleguides and design rules for different types of content
- Design and Animate toolkits for Editors to implement and use in video content
- Design and animate all gfx for our TV and Digital Commercials
- VFX: Rotoscope and cleanup TV and Digital Commercials.
What you'll need:
- Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Cinema 4D
- The desire to work on media content in a creative studio
- A professional attitude, and the ability to work under pressure
- The availability to work on weekends and evenings when needed
